Purpose
The Family Life commission exists to bridge the gap between the Gospel reality and the lived world of our society. It is the purpose of this commission to promote and coordinate activities for the members of the parish. It also has a purpose to promote growth of people, especially by strengthening Family Life within the parish community.
Goals and activities to fulfill the mission of this commission are established yearly.

Rachel Robben is the Pastoral Council Representative who serves as a liaison between the Family Life Committee and the Pastoral Council.

Marriage Encounter
To change the world – one couple at a time. To strengthen marriages; Marriage Encounter is a weekend experience for married couples. It is designed to help husbands and wives communicate more effectively with each other. The Marriage Encounter Weekend is an opportunity for couples who have good marriages to make them better by allowing them to reflect on their relationships and the need to live out the sacrament they celebrated every day of their married lives.
Parish Functions/Social Events
To coordinate parish functions and social events. These include the annual activities such as the Parish Picnic, coordinating St. Nick to visit the church and faith formation classes, Popcorn and Polka, handing out carnations on World Marriage Day, reception for OCIA Candidates after Easter Vigil, and the Easter Egg Hunt.
Coffee and Conversation
To provide an opportunity for fellowship with other parishioners after Masses, sponsored by various commissions within the church.
